KMS (renewable, 180-day lease), HWID (permanent digital licence for Windows 10 and 11), Ohook (offline Office licensing patch) and TSforge (licensing-store based). Which method applies depends on the product and build you are activating.

It is unsigned software that modifies Windows licensing state, so antivirus engines flag it under generic names such as HackTool:Win32/AutoKMS. That is a category detection, not proof of a payload — and a clean scan is not proof of safety either. The only reliable check is comparing the file's SHA-256 with a published checksum.
